Yes! We operate by appointment only, with all bookings made online. If you'd prefer to reserve at our location, please call in advance to ensure assistance. Please note, the final reservation of the day must be scheduled at least 30 minutes prior to closing.

We do not offer refunds; however, you may reschedule your reservation or transfer your tickets to another person up to 6 hours before your scheduled time. Please contact us to take care of that for you.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your game time to complete the check-in process. As we maintain a strict schedule, late arrivals may result in a shorter game experience, and you may not receive the full 60 minutes in the room. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for missed games due to tardiness, as your booking reserved the slot for you, preventing others from booking it.

Plan for a total experience of 90 minutes from start to finish. Each game is designed to last 60 minutes, though you may escape sooner. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your game to brief for your mission, and allow 15 minutes after for debriefing and photo opportunities. 

We have a minimum age of 10 years old to play. Children 14 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult, who is required to stay in the escape room at all times. Participants aged 15 and older may play the room without an adult, but an adult must remain on the premises during the game. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. 

Our escape rooms have a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 8 players. 

Yes, you are never locked in! While staying until the game ends provides the best experience, you are free to leave at any time. Your safety is our top priority and your game master monitors everything closely via camera. During the game, you can ask questions or request clues at any time.

We kindly ask players to refrain from taking photos or videos during the game. However, photos are welcome in the lobby, and if requested (and the game is not in session), in the game room. After your game concludes, we’ll be happy to take group photos for you.

You get to decide! Difficulty can vary greatly depending on the group. For first-time players, we recommend having more teammates and using more hints to get a feel for how escape rooms work. There’s no limit to the number of hints you can request during the game—it’s up to you to adjust the challenge by deciding how many clues to use. Our game masters will monitor your progress throughout the game and are ready to provide clues if you get stuck—our goal is for you to have fun! Remember, it’s not just about escaping the room; it’s about enjoying the entire experience.
